Situated in the heart of Gerrards Cross & Beaconsfield, visitors can indulge in the luxurious surroundings of Buckinghamshire’s most prestigious spa located at Crowne Plaza Gerrards Cross.

Wave Spa & Wellness offers our members and guests an elite and exclusive Spa experience with an atmosphere of calm, tranquility and elegance. The Spa features four deluxe treatment rooms along with a luxurious relaxation suite and Mud Rasul. This haven of calm also features a heated swimming pool, sauna & steam room, Jacuzzi, and a state-of-the-art gymnasium.

Our philosophy is to deliver a unique and personalised experience, whereby each and every guest can retreat on a Spa journey with a difference.

About You…

We’re looking for qualified therapists who will ensure they provide a service that is specific to our client’s needs and desires. You’ll be using only the highest quality brands - our products deliver a holistic and therapeutic approach whilst also offering maximum results.

We are looking for individuals with a passion for delivering outstanding service to join our professional and friendly team. The role will involve all aspects of beauty and cover reception work, including performing our branded treatments, meeting and greeting hotel and external clients, ensuring a memorable welcome and goodbye, retail sales and future bookings.

We’re a growing team and are looking for passion, enthusiasm, flexibility, and someone who is aspiring to deliver the very best service.

About you...

You will be qualified to a minimum of level 2. It will be desirable but not essential if you are also qualified to level 3, or working towards this. You will also be of smart professional appearance, have experience in customer care and will make guest satisfaction a priority. You will be punctual and flexible in order to meet the needs of the business and be an effective team player. Ability to meet achievable sales targets whilst supporting the rest of your team to do the same.
