Exercise Class Instructor - East Leake Leisure Centre

Salary: £17.50 per hour
Contract: Permanent, Part Time
Hours: 2 hours per week
Shift: Sunday 8:00am - 10:00am

Job Summary:

East Leake Leisure Centre seeks a motivated and qualified Exercise Class Instructor to lead two high-energy fitness classes each Sunday morning. This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the health and well-being of our community members in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities:

Independently prepare and set up the designated exercise studio for assigned classes. Deliver engaging and effective indoor cycling and shred classes in accordance with the established aerobic program schedule. Maintain a professional and approachable demeanour, fostering a positive and motivating atmosphere for participants. Ensure clear and concise communication with class attendees, providing guidance and support throughout the sessions.

Qualifications:

A valid Exercise to Music or Group Exercise qualification is mandatory. Prior experience in leading fitness classes is highly desirable. Certifications in specific class formats (e.g., indoor cycling and T3 Pump).

Desired Attributes:

Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a "can-do" approach. Strong customer focus and exceptional service skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
