Duties and Responsibilities

Ensuring costs and profitability are monitored and maintained at all times Effective cash handling and accounting procedures Recruiting and building a strong core team. Identifying Training needs of department and individuals Conducting performance reviews and assessing employee performance Motivation is maintained through recognition, reward, training and development. Focusing on guest satisfaction s Taking on additional support of senior management team where necessary.

Skills & Experience

Food Hygiene/Health & Safety Certificate High service quality standards driven and a ‘can do’ attitude. Full understanding of financial aspects of an F&B operation Fluent working with Micros/Fidelio Alcohol license holder Experience in working with a brand standard restriction. Knowledge and understanding of P&L
