Educated to degree level or have equivalent experience or professional qualification.

Essential

Experience of being an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant (PA). Significant project admin experience Background in working under governance frameworks. Proficiency in maintaining regulatory registers and ensuring compliance. Experience of developing strong relationships and understanding responsibilities of senior leaders and key stakeholders. Experience of working autonomously, taking responsibility for own actions and making decisions without referring to others. Experience of drafting documentation committee papers, presentations and basic policy content, exercising judgement and utilising strong written communication skills.

Desirable

Experience of working in the charitable or public sector Proficiency in aligning policies with governance standards and timelines Experience of AI tools for minute production
