A small one-form-entry Catholic primary school in Hillingdon is looking for a reception teacher to join their school as soon as possible to cover a permanent teacher’s maternity leave for 3 days a week.

The Role

In this role you will be taking over the Reception class in the school as their class teacher. You should have a good knowledge of teaching within the Early Years and an engaging and positive teaching style. You will be teaching daily phonics lessons using the Read Write Inc programme, maths and topic based projects over the term incorporating literacy and the seven areas of learning and development.

The school promotes learning for life and a community approach where children can meet their potential. The school is committed to providing the highest quality of education with Gospel values and has close links with the local church. There is good support from senior leadership for both teachers and support staff and continuing professional development is provided.
