Busy Bees Day Nursery and preschool at Bedford Elstow are proud to hold Ofsted rating Good The warm and friendly team look forward to welcoming a new Level 2 or 3 Nursery Practitioner, assisting them in giving our children the best start in life.

We are situated along the A6 with close connections to the A, We are located next to the Bedford Park and Ride and a 10 minute walk from local bus stops in Elstow, Bedford and Kempston Retail park.

Our Centre is a single story nursery with on site parking.

As a Nursery Practitioner, we offer a salary  from £24, to £24, per annum (£11.66 to £12 per hour) , plus you will also be entitled to:

What to expect as a Nursery Practitioner 

As a keyworker, you will ensure every individual child’s needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs.  Take ownership of the observation, assessments and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps. Ensure we encourage and praise children’s development and achievements. And most of all…have FUN 

To apply for this role, you must hold a Level 2 or 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse
