Description:

WHAT YOU WILLDO

Providesfunctional system support to the Human Resources Department onWorkday processes. Configuration experience with the combination ofthe following modules/processes: Recruiting HCM Security TalentPerformance Calculated fields Reporting and general understandingof Workday Integrations. Be an activeparticipant in the development testing configuration andimplementation of new projects enhancements and interfaces acrossWorkday. Indepth knowledge of the Workdayapplication and strong understanding of best practices within theWorkday framework. Maintain configuration forassigned areas while providing advice and coaching across allconfiguration areas for the team. Proactively research enhancementsand valueadd changes across the platform. Work with functional team members and subject matterexperts to understand requirements and communicate systemcapabilities/limitations to increase the impact ofWorkday. Implement proper change managementdocumentation to satisfy the companys internal/external auditcontrols and compliance practices. Maintainrecord of Technology service requests and ensure proper action anddocumentation are completed. Design developand maintain a variety of reports based on business requirements. Perform system regression testing after eachupgrade of Workday to ensure all business processes and securityaccesses were not affected. Create and implement test plans whileproviding test results to appropriate resources. Troubleshootissues to determine if changes need to be made by the TechnologyTeam. Prepare system training documentation toensure the proper use of HR systems. Deliver end user training asrequired.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKINGFOR

  • Minimum 25years Workday configuration experience is a must.
  • Demonstrated abilities using analytical thinking/problemsolving skills in identifying issues and providing solutions asrequired as well as the ability to translate comprehensiveknowledge of HRIS and its backend technologies into successfuleasily understood solutions in a consistent fast and comprehensivemanner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills withdemonstrated ability to build and maintain productive workingrelationships with a wide range of internal contacts.
  • Solid organization and time management skills withdemonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities andmeet deadlines.
  • Ability to protect andmaintain highly confidential information.
