Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer - Facilities Company - Midlands 

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in  the Midlands Region.  CBW is currently recruiting for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to cover a number of commercial sites which will include the following areas : Shrewsbury, Telford, Nottingham, Birmingham and Rugby. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in commercial AC building maintenance.  He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance. In return, the company are offering a competitive salary.a company vehicle, and a fuel card along with an excellent benefits package.  Duties & Responsibilities:  

  • Working on National, Local Authority & Direct contracts

  • Comply with all applicable standards, policies, and procedures, including safety procedures and the maintenance of a clean work area

  • Carry out all PPM and repairs on A/C unit and AHU’s as necessary

  • Ensure that any difficulties encountered on engineering activities are reported to the Engineering Supervisor/Manager
  • Guarantee any parts required are clearly and accurately stated
  • Ensure all record keeping functions are completed on a daily basis

  • Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards of workmanship and safety

To be considered: 

  • City and Guilds 236 (part 1 a2);
  • City and Guilds 2382 (18th Edition);
  • Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (6087) or equivalent
  • Experience within a similar role/environment is essential 
  •  Good Knowledge of working as mobile engineer in Local area
  • Full Clean Driving Licence
  •  Computer literate with good skills in word, excel, email, internet etc
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Good knowledge of SHEQ procedures, risk assessments, work permits etc
