What Huntswood is looking for:

Experience dealing with complex complaints within a financial service environment An understanding of pensions products and platforms would be advantageous Commitment to work at client's office in Edinburgh on a Hybrid basis - with 1st week 100% onsite Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as being able to work as a team Strong attention to detail Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word

As a Technical Complaint Handler you will work closely with the operational functions as a member of the Complaints Team to ensure Embark Pensions complies with the FCA complaints handling rules.
