You’ll be supported every step of the way, by your line manager and mentor. Working in our Facilities team, you’ll be key to helping us keep our operational sites and depots, safe, clean and operating effectively for all our colleagues. ​You’ll get to learn all about effective space management, building infrastructure and maintenance, security as well as managing third party suppliers. You’ll work closely with our health & safety and resilience teams to ensure all our operational sites run smoothly and meet our high standards.

ENTRY CRITERIA  

This apprenticeship standard is Level (equivalent to GCSE A-C or Grades -). If you don't already have GCSEs in English and maths, you will need to take functional skills as part of the apprenticeship, which is an alternative to GCSEs and achieve a Level while continuing to work to a Level . This will need to be achieved prior to completion of your apprenticeship

ROLE EXPECTATIONS POST APPRENTICESHIP   

At the end of the programme, you’ll take up a Service Delivery Assistant role where you will get to make a real difference in the Property Operations team.

Your apprenticeship will also enable you to become a member of the Institute for Workplace and Facilities Management
