The Role:
As an MFL Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons in French and Spanish to students across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the possibility of teaching at Key Stage 5. You will play a crucial role in promoting language learning, cultural awareness, and global citizenship among our students.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in French and Spanish.
- Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing targeted support to ensure all students achieve their full potential.
- Contribute to the development of the MFL curriculum and resources.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging student participation and enthusiasm.

Qualifications and Experience:
- A relevant degree in Modern Foreign Languages or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
- Experience teaching French and Spanish at the secondary school level.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for languages and cultural exchange.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and willingness to engage in further training.
