RSK Response have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our RSK Response team based in Uckfield, East Sussex, UK.  This position is offered as a part time role working 25 hours/week.  The successful candidate will be required to work Monday to Friday, but we can be flexible on the specific start and finish times.

Responsibilities:

  • General administrative/reception duties for the team
  • Take work instructions from clients, dealing with phone calls and emails.
  • Assist with project management duties including project set up, liaising with clients, and raising purchase orders using our in-house system
  • Depot admin duties including raising work tickets and other paperwork for technicians on a daily basis.
  • Setting up and maintaining project and tender files, both electronic and hard copy and undertake filing/archiving/scanning
  • Maintaining records/filing systems
  • AdHoc duties to cover holidays/sickness

Desired Experience:

We are looking for someone keen to develop their administrative skills. The right candidate will need to have the following attributes:

  • Good organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player
  • Proficient with all Microsoft packages, especially Word and Excel
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
  • Willingness to learn as training will be provided
  • Must be able to drive due to location
  • Good telephone manner
  • Previous experience with waste management would be preferred but not essential
