* Exécuter les tâches légales d'un conseiller en prévention
* Mettre en place les directives et meilleures pratiques
* Assurer son rôle de Membre du comité de direction en tant que responsable sécurité et santé
* Faires le reporting des performances en matière de santé et de sécurité sur différents sites
* Réaliser des analyses de risques et proposer des solutions adéquates et innovantes
* Coopérer avec les différentes parties prenantes et faire entendre sa voix
* Gérer et superviser le conseiller H&S qui vous est directement rattaché.
* Rapporter au Directeur H&S Benelux

Prévention en matière de santé et sécurité |Conseiller en prévention niv 1- BW, Hainaut, BXL - Secteur Industriel

* Conseiller en prévention niveau 1 ou niveau 2 (et désireux d'obtenir le niveau 1)
* Français et anglais
* Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle de conseiller.
* Expérience en matière de leadership et people management.
* Avoir une expérience dans un environnement industriel (Métallurgie, Construction, Extraction, Chimique...)
* Être prêt à travailler dans un environnement salissant
