Gallops Man, Maintenance Man required for National Hunt Racing Yard in West Sussex

Monday- Saturday Hours negotiable between 25-40 per week depending on skills and experience

Riding an advantage but not essential

Duties include:Driving tractor/emptying muck trailerMending fencing, stable doors /general maintenanceLooking after young stock and horses turned out ( hay/water/check)PaintingGardeningTreading in gallopsHarrowingrollingtopping paddocks

Requirements

Fit active yard person , with skills in all sorts of maintenance and horse management. Must be a team player and able to use initiative . A very varied role.
