· Our Drawing Room Manager will work closely with our F&B Director to achieve efficient staffing levels and manage the desired levels of performance.

· You will be responsible for ensuing a 5* luxury experience to all our guests, they oversee the daily running of our lounge area ensuing a seamless service for All day Dining and Afternoon Tea.

 · Own, manage and deliver an effective departmental training and development program for all team members to meet their particular expectations and increase service standards.

 · To conduct sales & marketing activities in order to drive business growth & profit

 · To ensure the menu and environment is consistent with a luxury establishment in order to meet & exceed guest expectations & maximise business growth
