Required from January 2025

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, committed and inspirational individual to lead the school forward through its next phase of development. The next Headteacher of the school will be a visionary and strategic thinker with exceptional leadership experience. You will have a proven track record of raising educational standards and experience of successfully leading change and motivating a community of students, staff and parents.

We are looking for a candidate who has the ability to inspire, demonstrate and support the highest expectations for all; a person who can lead by example with high professional standards and with energy and resilience; and who can work collegiately with other leaders in the Trust.

Ideal leader will

• have a strong rapport with children and value pupil voice.
• be approachable and build strong relationships with the whole school community.
• commit to monitoring, evaluating and improving the quality of teaching and learning.
• be willing to listen to the views of others and work collaboratively whilst having conviction in their own decisions.
