Status: Temporary, Full-Time

About the Role:GSL Education are currently seeking to appoint a qualified and enthusiastic School Admin to undertake a position at one of our client schools in Gateshead, Tyne and Wear. As a School Admin for a school in Gateshead, Tyne and Wear, your role would encompass a diverse range of responsibilities essential to the smooth functioning of the administrative operations.

Responsibilities of a School Admin:

  • Your primary responsibility would be to provide comprehensive administrative support to the school's office.
  • Handling student records and enrollment procedures.
  • Coordinating school events and activities.
  • Managing communication channels with parents and stakeholders.
  • Assisting in the organization of exams and assessments.
  • Providing general administrative support to staff and faculty.

The successful candidate will:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
  • A passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
