We currently looking for a Full Time StreetWorks Administrator to join our busy team in Nottingham supportingour ongoing projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someonelooking to develop their career path and join a growing businesslearning about varied aspects ofadministration.

Duties andResponsibilities:

  • Raisingpermits including stop/startsnotifications.
  • Submissionof registrations to the Highways Authorities on StreetManager
  • Resolving permitqueries with the LocalAuthority.
  • Ensuring allproject paperwork is completed and systems are updated inaccordance with the client and internal requirements.
  • Scan and upload relevantdocumentation onto client system ensuring accurate and relevantphotographs of work have beenprovided.
  • Complete anyadhoc tasks requested of you.
  • Assurance of data captureprocess (from creation of data in the field to capture in coresystems).
  • Generaladministration duties as directed by Senior Street WorksCoordinator.

Experience:

  • Agood working knowledge of Microsoftoffice.
  • Knowledge of thetelecoms/fibre industry is desirable along with some Street WorksExperience.
  • Comfortableworking as part of ateam.
  • Willing to useinitiative whenrequired.
