We are looking for a new Store Manager to lead our store at Bury St Edmunds. This is a permanent full-time position, working 40 hours per week.
Pay, Hours & Benefits for our Store Manager
Up to £33,000 per annum

Drive the performance of your store, making good commercial decisions, liaising with your area manager and head office teams to get the right product at the right time to maximise the sales. Lead your team in creating a customer first culture, giving genuine, honest, and knowledgeable advice on our products, giving the best customer service and experience possible. Motivate and develop yourself and your team to achieve and exceed KPI’s and reach your full potential.
