Help us make a difference as a Baler Operative at our site in Ipswich.

The role is on a shift rotation basis, 2 weeks days, 2 weeks nights (normally mon-fri).

Salary based on 5 days a week of 45 hours a week base.

Operating Baler / Fixed Plant within the facility and occasional FLT and Loading shovel To maintain good 5S standards in and around the Baler Work to company health and safety standards To complete company paperwork including daily bale counts and defect checks

Requirements

Here's what we require:

Experience of operating fixed plant within an industrial environment A proactive person who has good organisational skills A good timekeeper, team player but with the ability to work independently Awareness of health & safety regulations Experience within the waste / recycling industry would be an advantage.
