Job Description

We’re looking for a Product Support Admin to join us in Barnsley, on a 6 month fixed-term contract

You’ll provide support to ensure that our Mortgage Club products are updated and accurate, through applying relevant processes and controls to maintain compliance. You’ll also collaborate with key stakeholders, including lenders and brokers, to resolve complex queries and work closely with the Product Owner and Operations & Commercial Manager to ensure they have relevant information needed to make decisions on priorities for change.

What you'll be doing:

  • Making changes or updates to new and existing products by applying the relevant process controls, ensuring that all products remain accurate and compliant
  • Owning relevant processes to ensure that they remain relevant and that as a result Legal & General Mortgage Services’ (LGMS) products remain compliant
  • Collating and analysing any feedback from external and internal stakeholders including complaints and feedback to identify improvements
  • Interacting with lenders, brokers and other key stakeholders over complex queries and acting upon requested lender changes
  • Owning and maintaining accurate records of key information related to the products
  • Proactively reviewing products to ensure accuracy is maintained and any errors are identified and corrected

Qualifications

Who we're looking for:

  • Good knowledge of the UK mortgage market
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to work under pressure in an orderly and accurate manner
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • Good experience in managing stakeholder expectations & demonstrating actions that show an appropriate balance of stakeholder and commercial needs
  • An ability to proactively escalate decisions based on the evaluation of risks and all available information
