Complaint Handlers

Huntswood is looking for complaint handlers with file review and quality checking experience to assist a pension and wealth advisor with a review, working from home.

As a complaint handler you will be reviewing complaints from customers and CMCs to identify concerns and resolve accordingly.

Role overview:

Start Date: 28th May 2024

Duration: six-month intial contract

Location: Working from home

Rate: £190 per day

Shift: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via an Umbrella company, we can assist you with this

As a complaint handler you will be:

Reviewing complaints to identify the issues raised and log them accordingly Investigate the complaints to determine whether they are in or out of scope Reviewing complaints and upholding /declining in line with company and regulatory guidelines Where upheld, determining appropriate redress Advising the customer of the resolution by phone and in writing

The ideal complaint handler will have:

Demonstrable file review of quality checking experience in a financial services review environment, ideally within wealth or pensions End-to-end complaint handling experience Level 4 DipFA or equivalent would be an advantage Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word Strong numeracy and written communication skills
