Performance Analyst

As a future Performance Analyst, you will report to Head of Performance Analysis, and you will be part of AXA IM Global GCOO.

The job purpose is to analyse and evaluate the performance of Fixed Income, Multi Asset and Alternative portfolios. The Performance Analyst will play a vital role in preparing comprehensive performance reports for both internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, the position requires close collaboration with portfolio managers and investment teams.

Your role and responsibilities will include:

Responsibility for the preparation of data, review & timely distribution of internal performance reports Ensure the on-going quality and accuracy of performance data Escalate all performance issues or production issues Ensure that all the reporting is produced within mandated and regulatory timeframes Interpretation and attribution analysis of Fixed Income, Multi Asset and Alternative portfolios  Support the business onboarding process for new performance reporting requirements including ad hoc queries Liaise with colleagues globally for cross training & to create synergies Assist the team with developments and new ideas to increase efficiencies Assist in team and business wide projects Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to performance analysis
Your Profile

Your qualifications and experience:

Degree level (numerate discipline highly desirable) IMC, CIPM, CFA or planning to study towards Graduate with minimum 1-3 years experience within asset management Technical and development background highly desirable

Your knowledge and skills:

Knowledge of performance and attribution methodologies Good understanding of Asset Management, Funds and Reporting Knowledge of investment products and various instruments Good analytical skills Advanced Excel skills required (macro/formatting/power query editor)  Highly numerate High level of attention to detail Client-oriented mind set  Positive and constructive attitude Ability to build strong relationships at all levels A team player with good communication and presentation skills Good organisational skills with the ability to set priorities and manage deadlines Flexible approach and proactive
