Are you a skilled Beam Saw Operator looking for a rewarding opportunity in Normanton? Join our client and become a vital part of our woodworking operations We're seeking a dedicated individual with experience in operating beam saw machinery to ensure efficient production and quality results.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate beam saw equipment with precision and efficiency to cut wood materials according to specified dimensions and requirements.
  • Set up and calibrate machinery for each job, including adjustments for different materials and cutting specifications.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure accurate cuts and maintain high standards of precision and consistency throughout production.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any issues that may arise to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Beam Saw Operator in a woodworking or manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of beam saw operations and processes.
  • Proficiency in operating beam saw machinery and familiarity with related tools and equipment.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to ensure accuracy and precision in every cut.
  • Effective troubleshooting skills to address technical issues and optimize machine performance.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.
£14 - £16 per hour (depending on experience)
Day shift, Monday to Friday
