KHR ispartnered with a luxury manufacturer of bespoke products based inDartford and is looking to add a motivated and detail-orientatedAccounts Payable to their team.

As AccountsPayable Clerk you will be responsible for processing tasks withinthe Accounts Payable department and providing management accountingsupport to the Finance Manager.

Roles andResponsibilities

- Responsible for allAccounts Payable tasks including matching, batching and codinginvoices, responding to supplier queries and preparing the monthlypayment runs
- Liaise closely with all departments withinthe business to ensure all invoices are accurately received,recorded and authorised
- Prepare reconciliation ofsupplier statements
- Effectively investigate andrespond to any supplier queries
- Prepare accurate andtimely reconciliation reports to assist in the managementaccounting process
- Assist the Finance Manager bypreparing regular reports and analysis of financial data
- Identify, negotiate and implement cost-savingsstrategies where appropriate
- Ad hoc duties to supportthe business including payment

CandidateProfile

- Previous experience working withinan accounts payable/ invoice processing
- Clearcommunication skills
- Ability to work well underpressure.
- Working knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel
- Experience in using Sage

Upon completing your probation,you can move onto a hybrid working model of 3 days in the officeand 2 days from home.
