- Show a passion and creativity for food, ingredients and flavours.

- Lead the team in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes with pride and precision.

- Are responsible for running a section and supporting the Head and Sous Chef in a busy kitchen.

- Are confident in managing, training and passing on your knowledge to the team.

- Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
