The Role

As a PE Support professional, you will play a crucial role in encouraging students to participate in physical activities, developing their skills, and fostering a love for sports and fitness. Your dedication will help students build confidence, teamwork, and a lifelong commitment to a healthy lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering engaging PE lessons and sports activities
• Support students in developing physical skills and techniques
• Promote the importance of physical fitness and healthy living
• Encourage student participation in sports and physical activities
• Help organize and supervise sports events and extracurricular activities
• Provide individual support to students as needed, ensuring they feel included and motivated

Requirements

• A passion for physical education and promoting healthy lifestyles
• Experience working with children or young people, preferably in an educational setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to inspire and motivate students to participate in physical activities
• Enthusiasm, patience, and a positive attitude
• Relevant qualifications in sports coaching or physical education are desirable
