With over 1800 UK employees our Central Services functions are key to ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Based in Bretby, working across the specialisms in HR, Marketing, Finance and IT we pride ourselves of partnering and support our operational divisions to deliver a world class service to our customers


We’re looking for a Payroll Coordinator to join our expanding small close-knit team. Processing multiple payrolls within the UK and Ireland of just under 2000 employees.

We are seeking a payroll professional who is passionate to deliver the following:

  • Accurate, timely delivery of payroll ensuring full compliance with payroll legislation
  • Taking ownership and responsibility you will have excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Experience of processing large complex payrolls with multiple variable pay elements

  • Experience of Payroll Systems preferably Civica HR & Payroll
  • High levels of computer literacy particularly advanced Excel knowledge and skills
  • A flexible approach to deal with the demands of ever changing workloads
  • Professional Payroll Qualification - CIPP/ AAT Qualified or Part Qualified (desirable)
