Job Title: Powder Coater (Night Shift)

Location: Redditch

Hours: Monday to Thursday 20:00-06:00

Pay Rate: £15.00ph

Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled Powder Coater to join a busy manufacturing team on the night shift. As a Powder Coater, you will be responsible for applying powder coating materials to various surfaces with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in powder coating processes and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate powder coating equipment according to specifications
• Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary
• Apply powder coating materials evenly and consistently
• Monitor coating process to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Powder Coater.
• Proficiency in operating powder coating equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good physical condition, able to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to work night shifts
