We are currently seeking a person to be part of our Relief Team, based in East Midlands. This role involves covering ad hoc shifts supporting administration and front of house duties.

· Experience using email and Microsoft packages 

· 
The Job: 

· Meeting, greeting, and interacting with visitors 

· Internal and external call handling including taking and passing on accurate messages 

· Processing and confirming meeting room booking requests 

· Meeting room set up and hospitality 

· Delivering an exceptional electronic and hard copy file management service 

· Photocopying, scanning and printing 

· Binding documents 

· All post room related tasks 

· Extensive computer and data related tasks 

· Helping to resolve client queries 

· Assisting clients to use the service efficiently 

· Maintaining the highest levels of customer service

The primary focus of the multi-skilled Operator will be to support the Reprographics and the Office Services on a daily basis to ensure all tasks are completed within time frame specified.
