About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our team in Maidenhead. As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support students' learning and development across a range of subjects and activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the class teacher in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students to help them achieve their learning objectives.
  • Aid in the preparation and organization of classroom resources and materials.
  • Support students with their social and emotional development, fostering positive relationships.
  • Help manage classroom behavior, ensuring a safe and engaging space for learning.
  • Provide additional support for children with special educational needs (SEN), adapting resources as required.

About You

  • A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with primary-aged children, preferably within an educational setting.
  • A proactive and positive approach to supporting learning and student engagement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on working collaboratively within a team.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
