Theyare market leaders in designing and manufacturing bespoke specialpurpose machinery. Supplying to a variety of industries includingthe power generation and automotive markets they have longlastingagreements with some of the biggest companies all over the world.Due to continued growth and expanding to a second facility in thenear future they are looking for a Facilities Maintenance Engineerto join there evergrowing team.

Whatthe role will include:

  • Reactiveand preventative maintenance across two sites. The majority of therole will be focussed on the facilities and fabric of the buildingincluding plumbing and single phase electricalsystems.
  • Responsiblefor managing all contractors on site this could be specialistmaintenance contractors through to cleaning and hygienecontractors.
  • Generalrepairs to the fabric of the building including; repairing doorswindows painting basic plumbing and minor fixes to thedecor.
  • Workingon PPMs and basic breakdowns of shop floor machinery. If the taskis too complex then you will be contacting and liaising withspecialist contractors for them to come in and repair the machineryto get itoperational.


Requirements

Whatwe are looking for in the SuccessfulCandidate:

  • 5years experience facilities maintenance
  • Experiencewith dealing with subcontractors and the relevant documentation/processes.
  • Understandingof machine maintenance
  • Drivinglicence as youll be commuting betweensites.
  • ITliterate
