Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant

Location: Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire

Pay rate: £80 - £95 per day

The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the delivery of engaging lessons, working closely with teachers to plan and execute effective educational activities.
  • Provide tailored support to students, ensuring individual needs are met and helping them achieve their full potential.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every student feels valued and supported.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing detailed feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Manage classroom behavior and encourage the development of essential life skills.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive educational environment.

Requirements:

  • A Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification.
  • Extensive experience working as a Teaching Assistant in educational settings.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with students, teachers, and parents.
  • A compassionate and patient approach to addressing the needs of students.
  • A collaborative mindset, working well with teachers and support staff.
  • Flexibility to assist in various classroom activities and adjust to the evolving needs of students.
