Spa Receptionist

We're recruiting a Spa Reception Host for our stunning, award-winning House Spa at Dormy House Hotel to cover maternity leave. Since we opened our House Spa, it has been winning awards ever since Our impressive Spa boasts a stunning restaurant and sundeck, a 16m infinity pool, an outdoor hydrotherapy pool with its own fireplace, luxurious thermal suite, treatment rooms, state of the art floatation tank and wave touch massage bed, as well as a snow shower. 

Our Reception Hosts meet, greet and ensure our guests needs are met. We're looking for a warm and welcoming personality, with bucket loads of enthusiasm, a can-do attitude and the desire to deliver an amazing guest experience. You'll be skilled in communicating clearly and professionally over email and phone, and comfortable working with systems and software. 

The role is a fixed term contract for one year, offering 40 hours per week over 5 days. The shifts would usually be a mixture of 06.30-15.00 or 11:00-19:30 and include weekend working. 

In return we offer an excellent hourly rate of £12.40 per hour, plus up to around £2,500 per year in service charge. Our 600 acre Estate of three award-winning hotels (including Foxhill Manor and The Fish) is the perfect place to develop and learn.
