Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Are you a newly graduated or new Assistant Quantity Surveyor? Hays are looking for a candidate to fill a temporary position ongoing until Christmas (with the possibility of an extension).This would be a great opportunity for someone with little experience in their career and who is looking for a place to develop their skills and what they have learnt so far.
Some of your responsibilities may include

  • Supporting with invoices and costs
  • Audit preparation
  • Payments
  • Document preparation
  • Risk management

The role will be working within a Ministry of Defence construction site and so the ability to get security cleared is essential.
What would we need from you?

  • Some experience in a similar environment would be desirable however not essential.
  • Knowledge of construction sites and commercial builds
  • Reliable
