South West Norse work in collaboration with Devon County Council, partnering with a number of public and private sector clients across the Southwest to deliver Property Consultancy and Facilities Management services.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join our team based at Venture House in Exeter. You will be responsible for supporting the Business Development Manager, and identifying new opportunities within local authority and private sectors. You will be responsible for:

Developing quality leads and capturing sales activity within our CRM Producing costings and sales proposals for individual customer needs Delivering on sales targets Obtaining case studies and supporting content to strengthen tender submissions Facilitating regular client and staff communication

Our Successful Candidate:

You will have previous Commercial B2B sales experience or in a similar role alongside:

Experience of selling public/private sector services is desirable Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite Dedication to maintaining and improving customer relationships Strong organisational skills with ability to meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Full UK Driving Licence

This is a full time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Our Offer:

£29,.00 per annum 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays 4 weeks full, 4 weeks half sick pay  Company pension scheme  Professional training and development Access to group wide benefits and offers
