Manager - Automation and Engineering

The Opportunity

Following on from a period of sustained growth in the market we are looking for an Automation & Engineering / Implementation expert to come and join our team.

Do you have significant experience in Automation Design, Engineering and Project delivery? Can you design cutting edge automated solutions for some significant clients? Do you have the experience to run RFP processes and contractual negotiations with suppliers? Are you able to run workshops and gain stakeholder engagement for significant business transformation?

At BearingPoint UK, we drive meaningful results for major global players. As a Manager in our Operations team, you'll tackle complex challenges, from designing global networks to automating distribution centre's.

Your Role:

Lead and deliver projects from strategy to implementation.

Manage and coach teams to success.

Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making.

Present solutions confidently to senior stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

Substantial experience in Supply Chain and Operations roles.

Proven track record in Design and Delivery of large-scale automated solution.

Expertise in Engineering, Solution Design, Supplier Engagement and Project Delivery, .

Strong project management skills.

Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools.
