Our collaborative and multi-disciplinary team is one of the largest in the UK, providing water and wastewater infrastructure services alongside drainage design, SuDS and surface water management. Our wide variety of clients span across the UK and internationally and include water companies, local authorities, highways / rail authorities, and developers.

It’s an exciting time to be working for our UK Water business with unprecedented investment in the water industry. Due to continued framework successes, we seek to recruit a Principal / Associate Framework Manager to join our Water and Wastewater Team in Derby or Birmingham to lead one of our hydraulic modelling frameworks, with a leading UK Water Company.

What you can bring :

What we offer ?

We aren't just engineers, environmental professionals, or consultants. We're pioneers, constantly innovating and pushing boundaries to tackle some of the world's most pressing challenges – especially when it comes to water. From enhancing our beautiful rivers and urban landscapes to building sustainable cities in the harshest environments – our Networks & Drainage Solutions (N&DS) team is at the forefront.

Over the next 10 years, we plan to expand the practice rapidly to meet our clients' objectives. We're developing enhanced training courses to accelerate our staff resource capability. It means great futures for both new and experienced colleagues.

The opportunities in our practice to grow as an individual are immense. You'll receive mentorship from the outstanding leaders we have within the team.

From day one your personal development plan puts you in the driving seat of your career and you’ll be supported to go as far as you want to go.

Your purpose :

Leading a dynamic project delivery team, responsible for the successful delivery of one of our hydraulic modelling frameworks. The development of client relationships with our key Water Company and non-Water Company clients. Project Management, including managing resources, budgets and programmes and coordinating with other disciplines.
