Onsite Coordinator - Ely

Weare looking for a driven individual who enjoys working in afast-paced environment. Who is enthusiastic and works well as apart of the team, to join our onsite team based in Queen Adalaide,near Ely CB7 4TZ.

The position comes with 11.67Per Hour paid weekly. increasing to 12.69 fromApril.

We want to hear from individuals eager tojoin us, and in return we'll offer great support alongsideexcellent mentoring, guidance, and coaching to ensure you reachyour maximum potential.

Your duties but will notbe limited to:

  • Supporting a smoothpayroll process
  • Out of hours telephonemanagement
  • Supporting the account manager withour regular reporting functions
  • Responding toemails and text messages
  • Clear communicationwith operation leaders and workers
  • Conductingattendance and performance checks
  • Supportingwith recruitment
  • Supporting withinductions

Hours &Pay:

  • Monday toFriday
  • Shared morning 08:00 am to 16:00pm andafternoon/evening when required 11.00 to19.00pm
  • 11.67 Per Hour, increasing to 12.69Per Hour from April.

We are lookingfor you to have:

  • Strong communicationskills, verbally and written.
  • Multiple languageskills would be an advantage.
  • Positiveattitude.
  • Proactive, ability to work on own andpart of a team.
  • Computer literacy (Outlook,Microsoft Excel).
  • Previous recruitmentexperience would be advantageous but notessential.
  • Own transport maybe required due tolocation and working hours.
