Job Description

Leverage your expertise to play a pivotal role in advancing our cutting-edge platform. Reporting to the Associate Director, IT, Backend Chapter Lead You Will:

Produce clean, well-documented, maintainable, testable, and scalable code. Participate in planning, design, testing, and code review. Build rapid prototypes and work on fast paced projects. Work effectively within a cross-functional multi-site team. Provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Work alongside other engineers on the team to elevate technology and consistently apply best practices. Inspire and mentor junior engineers on best practices and professional conduct.

Qualifications

You Have:

Extensive experience with Python as this is our primary programming language. Previous work experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MSSQL or similar. Example: Performance Optimization/Analysis of Database Experience withAWS cloud environments, or similar. Proficient experience with software development tools such as Git and Gitlab. Promotes working within an Agile environment using the Scrumframework.

Good day Just for context, we are hiring both Level 2 and Level 3 Backend Engineers, so if you have a great skillset specializing in Python as your primary programming language, we would be excited to review your application.
