What will the role look like?

This exciting opportunity reports to the Core Area Team Leader. You will be responsible for driving and improving the DRY EOL area. You'll join our Aylesbury Pallet, Box, and shrink wrapper lines team, working closely with Cravendale, McDonald's, Big Milk, and BOB products.

Within this role you will:

Drive improvements and maintain areas using SOF’s methodology on daily basis and be audit ready at all times. Drive daily KPI’s and Cleaning Schedule Fully integrate and deliver daily asset care to all equipment Ability to work on your own and be able to challenge different areas of the business.

Background/experience

We are seeking a Despatch Technician with excellent communication skills, who is a team player and self-driven individual. Good awareness of the business and the area you'll be working in is essential. A forklift license would be preferred but not essential. Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial, but not required, as full training will be provided.
