General construction estimating and quantity surveyor, ideally with a bit of experience behind them possibly had a company of their own so they know how to do a bit of everything. Would prefer if they live in the Shropshire area. Need to be a good all-rounder, all aspects of construction works. Must have construction qualifications & ideally Estimating or QS qualifications also. Will need to drive and have be able to pass a DBS check (school as hospital works)
We are a small construction company based in Shrewsbury working in Shropshire & on the Welsh border. 12 employees. Undertake commercial works for local authorities, schools, hospitals and private business. We undertake Extension, New Build and Internal Refurbishment works. Value of works between £20k - £800k. Annual turnover is about £2m but we are looking to increase this.
