What to expect in this role

As well as the ability to provide comprehensive day-to-day employment advice on the full range of employment and discrimination law issues, you will be involved in executive exits, industrial relations, business restructuring, business protection, employment tribunal litigation, and corporate and project support work.

You will work with some for the UK's largest employers, in Scotland and England & Wales. Experience of business immigration and tribunal advocacy will be an advantage, but not essential.

Solid technical understanding of employment law, excellent drafting, and communication skills, and demonstrate a commercial and practical approach to problem-solving. Have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work, are ambitious and confident to deliver at the highest standard. Take time to fully appreciate clients' needs and priorities ensuring their advice is meaningful, tailored, commercial and delivered with a solutions-orientated and enabling mindset. Have a commercial flair and acumen and are excited by growth and new ideas.
