TPF Recruitment is supporting an award-winning chartered accountancy practice in their search for a Remote Accounts & Tax Manager.  Our client is a very modern, forward-thinking practice that has an experienced and excellent quality, remote workforce. As a Remote Accounts & Tax Manage, you will be responsible for supporting the director with managing a client portfolio and overseeing a small team of staff. The position will primarily be focused on statutory accounts, management accounts and tax.

  • Reviewing statutory accounts and preparing the more complicated ones.
  • Presenting clients with management accounts including cashflows, budgets and forecasts.
  • Reviewing and preparing client VAT returns and general bookkeeping.
  • Meeting with clients and supporting directors with onboarding new clients.
  • Supporting junior members of staff with their work and development.

Requirements
  • ACA or ACCA qualification.
  • Experience of Xero, QuickBooks and other cloud software- Dext, Free agent etc.
  • 5+ years of practice experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
