What you'll be doing

To Lead and manage the Operational Control Hub (OCH) team ensuring site operational and activities are running to the agreed plan. This role is also responsible for providing management information to allow operational decisions to be taken.

Monitoring productivity and performance, supporting the team to intervene and corrective actions to achieve the requirement To deliver effective team management, encourage curiosity and energise individuals Ensuring operating systems are functioning correctly and are fit for purpose Communicating with the SMT and operational management teams Managing recruitment and training and development of OCH team

Who we're looking for

Strong background of Highways Maintenance operations Experienced using Pitney Bowes Confirm or similar software Experience of successfully leading teams to constantly achieve company objectives Experienced managing a high profile pressurised environment The ability to communicate at all levels Excellent presentation and IT skillset
