Learning Support Assistant

If you have the right personality, previous experience within Special Needs or Social Emotional Mental Health needs (either personal or professional) you would be the perfect fit Work with our wonderful schools who cater for both Primary and Secondary aged pupils with moderate to complex learning and physical needs, and make a difference to their education experience
Must be based in Portsmouth or willing to commute.
We are currently searching for Learning Support Assistants and Teaching Assistants to help support our SEN schools, both primary and secondary settings are avaliable.
About the role:
- Sociable hours, NO WEEKENDS – 8.30am-3.30pm
- Provide one-on-one and group support to students with SEN.
- Assist with classroom activities and help implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and therapists to support student development.
- Be a source of motivation, encouragement, and positivity for your students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
