Band 7 dependant on qualifications and experience. Duties covered as part of our MMAPPPPSS Development Framework and your existing experience. Support with Training NHS Pension hours. 6 weeks annual leave + bank holidays

In this role you will work independently, making professional,autonomous decisions. You will be responsible for making any necessary referrals and requests for investigations.

The role will involve initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment plan and evaluation of patient care. The role will involve independent prescribing within the scope of professional practice.

The Physician Associate clinician will support the clinical team managing same day appointment requests from patients.

You will need to prioritise and triage the needs of patients accordingly, seeking GP input as appropriate if the problem lies outside their professional capability.
