DescriptionTwilight shift: Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm / £13ph

To work the Twilight shift you must be 18 years of age or over.

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable cleaners to join our existing team in LUSH Manufacturing. You will work on a set shift pattern whether that is a day shift, a twilight shift or a night shift. Working within our vibrant Soaps/Massage production department here on Nuffield Industrial Estate, Poole, you'll be helping to maintain our high standards of hygiene, due to a smaller headcount on this shift you will be required to help in production once cleaning tasks are completed. 
Responsibilities include:
  • Clean and tidy working areas, canteen, communal areas and restrooms
  • Deep cleaning routinely
  • You will be expected to look after one building with the flexibility of covering sickness and holiday at our other sites (all located on Nuffield Industrial Estate)
  • Follow all health and safety regulations
  • Monitor and coordinate waste  - using correct recycling processes
  • Be able to stand on your feet during your working hours
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness


Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
  • A passion for cleaning 
  • An outgoing and friendly personality with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Possess the ability to prioritise tasks and manage your own time and workload
