Graduate Academic Mentor – Job Specification

  • Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ graded secondary school
  • Consecutive GCSE and A-Level results in the top 10% nationally
  • Exceptional behaviour management strategies & implementation
  • Explore mentorship within your subject specialism with students across KS3, KS4 and KS5
  • Work with both gifted & talented/targeted learners
  • Incorporate 1-1 and group sessions to break down difficult concepts or skills
  • Gain the skills that could propel you into a career in education with success and longevity
  • Planned teacher training routes available from September 2025
  • As a Graduate Academic Mentor - Earn up to £550 per week
  • Full-time, long-term role from September 2024

Graduate Academic Mentor – Person Specification

  • Candidate MUST have a 1st or 2:1 degree in a related degree
  • Related degrees include: Maths, English, Science, Geography, History, MFL, Computer Science
  • Previous experience is desired but not essential
  • *Full training will be provided to the successful candidate*
