Step into a role as a  Social Media Coordinator - Content & Influencer

You will be part of the Brand Marketing and Campaigns team and be responsible for all things social and content. From daily planning and scheduling to posting content across multiple platforms, being a part of influencer campaign planning, partnership management and product seeding to influencers, tastemakers and content creators.

A main priority of the role will be to facilitate and foster the relationships needed to bring the Joules brand story to life

The role supports the growth of the business by driving a compelling social presence by inserting Joules into culture to fuel brand awareness, customer acquisition and advocacy with inspiring and bespoke platform content.

What to expect from a day to day perspective:

Coordinate the day-to-day planning across our organic social channels. Monitoring social platforms daily, requiring some posting at the weekends to ensure all posts are fully optimised, live, tagged correctly and product is in stock. Coordinate and run the social media and content calendar, inputting into requirements and timelines. Coordinate content briefs as required, ensuring they are delivered on time and to budget. Posting daily content across multiple platforms (also outside of core hours - the weekend and evenings as required). Support with content creation as required and copywriting as required by team. Build and maintain a network of influencer, talent and tastemakers across the UK to create partnership opportunities and leverage emerging trends to drive brand awareness and conversion. Develop and manage end-to-end influencer campaigns with the agency including; curating talent, negotiating and reviewing rates, managing contract development, influencer relations and measurement - in addition to driving and developing the influencer outreach. You will work closely with the wider team, actively recommend new and exciting talent for social content and brand campaigns. Coordination and attendance of all influencer events, as well as the coordination of all influencer send-outs/gifting to support content campaigns.

Location:

This role is based at our Market Harborough office and you will need to be able to be regularly present in the office - 3-4 days a week.

Due to the nature of the role, there will be some occasional weekend and evening work required; we are therefore looking for someone who is flexible, can get the job done and can plan ahead of time. In return, we offer the opportunity for flexible working, remote working and compressed hours.
 

The ideal candidate:

To really shine within the role of Social Media Coordinator - Content and Influencer you must be experienced in a similar role with demonstrable experience across both content creation, posting and influencer marketing.

We pride ourselves on balancing creativity with commerciality and so it’s important that you do, too. 

You must be able to demonstrate strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams comprehensively to brief and have a solid understanding of social media, content creation and digital landscape. 

Experience in using multi-platform posting, scheduling and reporting systems with a strong knowledge of social media metrics and software systems.

Passionate about all things social media and digital culture – finger on the pulse of emerging trends.

You will have networking and relationship-building skills and a proven track record of building experience of influencer campaigns.

Awareness and applied understanding of D&I within our community and influencer management.
